We are direct to supplier of all and any Russian Petrol product. They are a US company that is also a petrol distributor within the Federation. They hold title to all products offered and pull fuel from ANY and ALL Russian Refineries.



They are also vendors to the US Department of Defense. All this is verified to the End Buyer at the appropriate time.


However all procedures and pricing are given to the End Buyer, after we have determined the End Buyer has the Financial capability and presence within the petroleum industry.


In order to move forward we need a corporate profile on the end buyer. After we determine we wish to do business with this buyer we will re engage directly with the End Buyer.


These are 12mth+ production contracts. CIF delivery, Platts minus discount, index of choice. No Spots, no CI/Dip and Pay.
