This milk can partially or totally replace whole milk powder in food applications such as yogurt, cheese, ice cream and bakery. It helps increase the functional and organoleptic properties in the finished products while significantly reducing cost. This ingredient can be used in its powder or reconstituted from (reconstitution: 0.9 liter of water for 130g)
