high resolution voltage (0.1mV), current (0.01mA) measurement
system (Up to 1k Hz sampling) provides both accuracy and
convenience. User can simulate a
wide range of dynamic loading
(Up to 25K Hz) applications. The
loading waveform is user
programmable in slew rates, load
levels, duration and conducting
voltage.
