2. Seller’s Mandate issue SCO (or direct to Step 4) 3. Buyer approves SCO
4. Buyer sends ICPO with full Bank details of End user. 5. Seller’s mandate issue FCO
6. Buyer approves and Signs FCO
7. Seller’s Mandate prepares Draft Contract
8. Buyer approves Draft Contract
9. End Seller issues contract to be signed by buyer
10. Buyer and End Seller exchange hard copies
11. Buyer issues payment instrument
12. First Shipping comments within +/ 30 days. 13. Consequent shipments commences within +/ 30 days.
