7. Seller issue commercial invoice based on Buyer inspector Q&Q report. 8. Buyer pays by MT103 or MT543 subject to title transfer and all documents. 9. Buyer is introduced to vessel handler for re-charter. 10. Buyer re-charters vessel and release payment. 11. Vessel departs for buyer’s destination. 12. Next vessel
