MLD-V airbag, which has a flute shaped protective layer in the middle of the body, is used in landing and launching for the ships with a V-shape bottom, like fishing boats and tugboats. The sharp bottom may damage the regular airbags easily; however, the protective layer can provide additional tolerance against cutting and scratch
