The SCO should cover the following conditions and specs:
1. White maize meal (human consumption) Grade A
2. White maize grain (human consumption) Grade A
3. CFR (or CIF) Walvis Bay, Namibia
4. Quantity: 40,000MTX12 or more for meal and 100,000MT for grain
5. Payment term: we the buyer honor to issue bank instrument for payment with an irrevocable, non-transferable and confirmed DLC at sight in favor of the seller, 12 DLCs within 12 months
7. Once the sample is approved and price is acceptable to us, then we shall sign back
the FCO together with matching proven docs for the most recent shipment then we request a draft contract and will issue the DLC within 7-10 working days
