Products
Kafuter RTV high temperature gasket maker, is made with silicone rubber as the main raw material under advanced technology. It's a synthetic single component RTV sealant. There are four color to chose, red, grey, black and blue. Rapid curing at room temperature; good thixotropy, not flowing, non-corrosive and pollution components; Resistant to gas, water, oil seal; excellent electrical insulation properties and aging resistance; fast-drying, the temperature is good; can replace all gasket.

Application
All kinds of luxury cars, cars, motorcycles, ships, engines, pumps, manifolds, valve covers, oil pan, gear boxes, thermostat, etc. The seal and earthquake, but also for the metal, machinery, electronics, and chemical equipment static seal.

Appearance: fine and uniform red/grey/black/blue paste
Sulfide type: de-oxime
Surface drying time: 10 ~ 20min (room temperature)
Depth of cure time: 1 ~ 2mm / day
Operating temperature: -60 ~ +280 ° C
Pressure: room temperature: ≥ 12MPa
Shelf life: cool and ventilated places, up to 12 months

Use
Need to seal parts of water and oil; wipe the glue evenly applied on the sealing surface or the thread; dry under room temperature cost about 5 to 10 minutes; close the sealing surface, tighten the bolt assembly.
