Contract duration: 1th quarter 2009 (January-March). Packaging: bulk. Product is available in terminal of port Novorossiysk (Federation of Russia, Black Sea). We are direct Seller, no mediator or agent !!! Basic qualitative parameters (high quality): - flash point: 62 0C - sulphur concent: no mor 300ppm (0.03%) Delivery terms: FOB port Novorossiysk no later 21 calendary days after opening of letter of credit. CIF destination port of Mediterraneanen, Europe, North America (Canada, USA), no later 35 calendary days after opening of letter of credit. Price for FOB port Novorossiysk delivery terms: According to price, published every day in newsletter PLATTS EUROPEAN MARKETSCAN, under heading FOB MED (Novorossiysk), middle price in USD per metric tonne for RUSSIAN GASOIL D0.2. Price will be established under bill of loading date in port Novorossiysk. Indicative in this time price is approximately 405 USD/Mt. Price will be changed under PLATTS in the day of loading. Price for CIF (we are posible arrange also additional shipping transport from Novorossiysk) delivery conditions will be establishet under desination port. Payment terms (for FOB and also CIF): 50% by bank transfer. The money must be on our account no later than the 3 days before the pre advise date of loading the goods. 50% by irrevocable Letter of Credit on the basis of contractual documents.
